June 16th, 2009
Welcome back! Nice of you to visit us again.

The South Beach Diet is one of the most popular and talked about diets in the world. The South Beach Diet was formulated by a very renowned cardiologist by the name of Arthur Agatston. The cardiologist had formulated this diet especially for his patients who were suffering from cardiac problems. Soon the diet became popular and even people without cardiac problems began to follow it to remain slim and fit and prevent obesity in the future. The South Beach Diet consists of three phases where the first phase last for two weeks and it is the most difficult. This is because during the first phase your choice of different foods is very much limited and so are the quantities of foods that you eat. During the second phase you can gradually increase your quantity as well as the different types of foods that you can eat. In the third phase you can increase the food list further.

The South Beach Diet recipes are generally followed by people when they are on a diet. Let us look at the most common recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the South Beach Diet.
